Registration Process Overview
Central Registration will close on Friday, July 27th at 12:30pm for system upgrade.
We will reopen on Monday, July 30th at 7:30am.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

This process takes approximately 20 minutes to complete if all paperwork is
gathered before starting. The Registration Checklist shows you what is required.

Completing the online registration is only 1/2 of the process. You must bring all completed forms to Academy District Twenty Central Registry, located at 1110 Chapel Hills Drive (northeast of the Chapel Hills Mall) to complete the registration.

The Online Registration includes the following 9 short steps:

   1) Student Information
   2) Parent/Guardian Information
   3) Background Questions
   4) Physician and Emergency Contacts
   5) Health Questions
   6) Immunizations
   7) Special Considerations
   8) Review and Submit
   9) Bring all paperwork to Central Registry

All registration pages must be completed. If you need to make changes to a registration you may do so any time before clicking Submit on the last page. If you click Cancel on any page, the registration information that you entered to that point is saved and you may come back to edit it. If you need to change any registration information AFTER your registration is completed in Central Registry you must contact your school or the District Twenty Central Registry department.

You are provided with a username and password for this registration process. This username and password is e-mailed to you, and is also printed on the Registration Checklist. If you are registering multiple students, you only need one account. Complete the registration for your first child, submit it, and choose the button to register another student. Application data is maintained in the system for 60 days from your last update.
